Valve Details
Twist Type Double-O-Ring Valve
(V-NPB-2/OO) Operates in the same way as the Twist-Type Valve, however this valve has a secondary O-ring installed on the valve stem to eliminate gas loss at recommended inflation pressures. This valve is gas tight in the open or closed position. It is also available in Nickel Plated Brass or Stainless Steel (V-SS-2/00)
Straight-Through Connection
(STC-NPB-F-SR) This is an unobstructed gas channel connection and will not allow the user to control the flow of gas into or out of the bag. The smooth shaft with “swage-ring’” (facilitates the use of SwageLok™ “quick-disconnect” sample line adapters). This connection is available in Nickel Plated Brass or Stainless Steel (STC-SS-F-SR).
Stopcock Valve Assembly
One of our most popular valves because of its great flexibility in different sampling applications. This valve allows the user to easily adjust the flow of gas with a greater degree of control. It consists of two components: a Delrin stopcock-base and a polycarbonate 1-way stopcock valve assembly (STOPCK-ROT/L1200) which connects independently to the base by means of a rotating locking nut.
Mini Tube Extension
(STC-NPB – 1/8″OD) This STC has an outside diameter of 1/8″ (3.2mm) and can be used to connect smallest flexible tubing to the gas sampling bag. It’s ID dimensions approximate those of gas lines typically found in high level GC analytical instrumentation. This STC can be used with the very smallest Swagelok double-ended “Quick Disconnect” fittings. The Mini-Tube Extension is available in Nickel Plated Brass and Stainless Steel (STC-SS-1/8″ OD)
Luer-Fit ValveTM & Luer-Taper Quik-Mate Connector
(V-L/F-1) (SLC-Q/M) A secure, self-closing valve which cannot be opened or left open accidentally, preventing any loss of gas or liquid sample. It is easy to use and requires no turning or twisting of a valve stem. The Luer-Taper Quik-MateTM (SLC-Q/M) is a flow-through adapter for instant (push-pull) connection. The tapered fit between the ID of the valve stem housing and the OD of the Quik-MateTM Connector becomes increasingly tighter as pressure is exerted. This ensures a gas-tight fit between the sample line tubing and the Luer-Fit ValveTM.
Luer-Fit Valve & Mini Luer-Taper Quik-Mate Connector
(V-L/F-1) (SLC-Q/M-mini) A secure, self-closing valve which cannot be opened or left open accidentally, preventing any loss of gas or liquid sample. It is easy to use and requires no turning or twisting of a valve stem. The Luer-Taper Quik-MateTM is a flow-through adapter for instant (push-pull) connection. The tapered fit between the ID of the valve stem housing and the OD of the Quik-MateTM Connector becomes increasingly tighter as pressure is exerted. Tire Valve - Chrome
(V-CHR-S/1.12) Used in the same manner as when installed on an automobile tire. An optional PVC intermediate sample line connection (SLC-PVC/6) with a threaded-twist connector is also available for use with the tire valve stem in order to fill and evacuate the gas sampling bag. The valve stem can also be removed, and the fitting can be used as a straight through connection (STC-CHR-S-1.12).

(V-NPB-S/1.38) Used in the same manner as when installed on an automobile tire. The valve stem can also be removed, and the fitting can be used as a straight through connection (STC-NPB-S-1.38).
Replaceable Septum Holder
(A-SEPHLD/DEL) The Replaceable Septum Holder allows users to change the septum as often as required. Replaceable Septum Holders available: Delrin, Nickel Plated Brass (A-SEPHLD/NPB), Polysulfone (A-SEPHLD/PS) and Stainless Steel (A-SEPHLD/SS). All Replaceable Septum Holders include one Septum and one Aluminum Cap.
Accessories
Cali-Guard™ Bag Covers
Protect Cali-5-BondTM gas sampling bags with our Cali-GuardTM Bag Covers. They are made from an extremely durable rubber backed, nylon material. They accommodate sampling bags with multiple gas ports and septum. The fittings can be placed on the bag to be easily accessed directly through port holes on the bag covers.
Stopcock Base with 4-way Stopcock
(STOPBASE-F with STOPCK-4Way) A stopcock-base with a polycarbonate 4-way stopcock increases the number of ports on the gas sampling bag.
Stopcock Valve Assembly with 3/16” Barb Adapter
(STOPBASE-F with STOPCK-ROT/L1200 with 3/16” Barb Adapter) A stopcock-base with a polycarbonate 1-way stopcock and polycarbonate barb adapter allows the user to connect 3/16” tubing to the gas sampling bag (barb is also available in 1/8”).
Stopcock Valve Assembly with Stopcock Septum Cap
(STOPBASE-F with STOPCK-ROT/L1200 with STOPCK-SEP) A stopcock-base with a polycarbonate 1-way stopcock with a Stopcock Septum Cap allows the user to inject or evacuate the sample using a syringe needle and gives the user a closure device.
Stopcock Base with Stopcock Septum Cap
(STOPBASE-F with STOPCK-SEP) A stopcock-base with a stopcock septum cap allows the user to create a low-profile connection and inject or evacuate the sample using a syringe needle.
Stopcock Base with 4-way Stopcock with 1/8” Barb Adapter and 3/16” Barb Adapter
(STOPBASE-F with STOPCK-4Way with 1/8”” Barb Adapter with 3/16” Barb Adapter) A stopcock-base with a 4-way stopcock and your choice of a 1/8” barb adapter or a 3/16” barb (both shown) allows the user to attach tubing to the ports.

A stopcock-base with 4-way stopcock and 3/16” barb adapter (a 1/8” barb is also available) with stopcock septum cap allows the user to attach tubing to one port and evacuate through the septum cap on the second port.
Stopcock Base with Polysulfone 4-way Stopcock
(STOPBASE-F with STOPCK-PS-4Way) A stopcock-base with a Polysulfone 4-way stopcock for various sampling applications not suitable for polycarbonate connections.
Luer-Fit Valve with Luer-Slip Connector
(V-L/F-1 with STOPCK-L/S-1100) A secure, self-closing valve which cannot be opened or left open accidentally, preventing any loss of gas or liquid sample includes a one-way stopcock, male slip luer to female luer thread style.
Glued-On Septum
(A-SEPT/.750) This septum is affixed (glued) to the sampling bag with an adhesive. It is used for gas syringe injection purposes. It is approximately 17mm in diameter. The septum is generally placed on the back side of the bag, directly behind the valve/connection which serves many practical purposes. This septum is economical and good for applications that favor disposable bags.
Replaceable Septum Holder
(A-SEPHLD/DEL) The Replaceable Septum Holder allows users to change the septum as often as required. Pumps
HANN-Pump
The HANN-Pump is compatible with Luer-Taper Accessories. It provides the simplest and most economical method of grab-sampling available today. Made of PVC; is hand-operated; and represents no danger in a hazardous, explosive area. One-way check valves are fitted to each end of the HANN-Pump. The HANN-Pump is designed to be used with the Luer-Fit Valve, Stopcock Valve, 3/16” ID sample tubing and other Luer-taper accessories.
Pulse Pump III
This battery operated air/gas sampling pump is used to fill gas sampling bags. The Pulse Pump III is easily carried by an individual sampling technician; comfortably worn with our Rucksack when doing IH-OSHA workplace sampling; or can be mounted at a remote test site for unattended operation.
